Question of the Week: I like my title; do I have to change it if I am part of a Scrum team?

Scrum recognizes 3 roles: The Scrum Master, the PO and Developer. It is important to not confuse roles with titles. You can keep any title you have if your role is one of these three. Doing so allows for the team to have clear responsibilities and commitments to produce the product increments.
